Church Leadership

The First Presbyterian Church of Warminster leadership is made up of a group of nine Elders, who along with the Pastor are responsible for leadership and governance of the overall organization. Additionally, we have a Board of Deacons who lead the church’s ministry to members and non-members.

The Session

The nine Elders of the Session are elected by the congregation for a term of three years. The Session is the governing body and provides leadership for the active life of the church.

The Deacons

Members of the Board of Deacons are also elected by the congregation for three-year terms. Their mission is one of sympathy and service to the church. Deacons minister to the sick, the friendless, and to any who may be in need. The Deacons provide aid to congregation members and the community at-large through various missions, such as the food closet, medical equipment loans, visitation, and flower delivery.

Leading Pastor Mindy Campbell

Pastor Mindy Campbell

Pastor Mindy Campbell began serving our church in September 2019. Prior to that, she served as Associate Pastor at the First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia and as the Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge, NJ. A native North Carolinian, Mindy moved to the Northeast in 1999 to attend Princeton Theological Seminary and now considers herself a permanent transplant. She lives with her husband, Peter in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia with their cat Dogberry.

Youth Pastor Carol Wagenheiser

Youth Coordinator Carol Wagenheiser

Carol Wagenheiser is the Children and Youth Ministry and Communication Coordinator, an ordained Ruling Elder and a member of the senior choir and the handbell choir. A retired occupational therapist, she provided services to school age and preschool children through Bucks County Intermediate Unit for more than 30 years. She holds a master’s degree in education from Holy Family University; a Certificate in Youth Ministry and Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary; and a Certificate in Ministry from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. She lives in Jamison, where a camper van is parked in her driveway, ready to go explore another Pennsylvania state park!
