Special Services

Advent - Advent marks the beginning of the Christian Year. It is the four week journey of expectation and preparation for celebrating  the birth of Jesus, the Christ, on Christmas.  We light the candles of  Hope, Love, Joy, and Peace during Advent and the Christ candle on Christmas Eve.

Christmas Eve Services -  
6:00 p.m. - Candlelight Family Service  - Family service with candle-lighting and music provided by our children’s choir and chime groups.

8:00 p.m. - Candlelight Service  - Traditional candle-lighting service.

10:00 p.m. - Candlelight Service - Traditional candle-lighting service with the Sacrament of Communion.

Ash Wednesday - Worship at 7:30 p.m.

Palm Sunday -  Pancake Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. before the service. Worship at 9:30 a.m.

Maundy Thursday - Worship at 7:30 p.m.

Good Friday - Worship at 12:00 noon (location changes year to year).  Our church sanctuary will be open for quiet meditation and prayer from 12:00 noon to 3:00 P.M.

Easter - Worship at 9:30 a.m.

Pentecost - The Christian Pentecost celebrates the spiritual birth of the church as recorded in Acts 2 of the New Testament.

World Communion Sunday - The first Sunday of October. Worship at 9:30 a.m.

Thanksgiving Eve - Worship at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday November 23rd.  Church closed Thursday and Friday.
